Because our products are made and shipped through trusted fulfillment partners, we have a limited return and refund policy to ensure fair and efficient handling for both our customers and suppliers.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description.
To request a replacement or refund, please email Support@themerrymanor.store within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Clear photos or video proof of the damage or defect
If approved, we’ll provide instructions for return or replacement. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because we operate through multiple fulfillment centers and custom packaging, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Delayed shipments within our standard shipping window (5–10 business days)
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we confirm receipt or verification of the damaged item.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a new item, you may need to place a new order after your return is approved.
